The Madrid-Toledo C.E.A.S.A. concession company is the bid awardee of the government franchise of the AP-41, a 36-year concession.

This consortium has taken on the financing and construction of the motorway project established in the Ministry of Development's 2000-2007 Strategic Plan for Infrastructure and Transportation. The group will be responsible for its use in the future.
